Kalanchoe luciae. Aka Paddle Plant, Flapjack. This Kalanchoe is a stunner with tall, big flat, thick leaves arranged in rosettes colouring from grey-green with red margins. With maximum sunshine and cold weather it turns a stunning, vibrant red. To achieve this colour leave in sun for 4 – 6 hours daily, with some protection from late afternoon sun in summer.
Give it a good water, once a week, in hot weather and rain should be enough for it in winter. Allow soil to dry between waterings, like most succulents. Liquid feed at 1/4 to 1/2 strength of other plants during the growing season.
